By using CodVion services or starting a project with us, the client agrees to the following terms and working conditions.
CodVion provides web development, app development, SEO, SMM, IoT, embedded systems, AI & ML, and related digital services. Project scope, features, timeline, and deliverables are confirmed before work begins.
The client must provide required content, branding assets, login details, references, documents, and feedback on time. Delays in client-side material may affect the final delivery timeline.
Project pricing depends on scope, complexity, timeline, and required features. Work may require advance payment, milestone payments, or full payment based on the agreed project plan.
Reasonable revisions are included according to the agreed scope. Extra features, major layout changes, new pages, or additional integrations may require extra cost and additional time.
Delivery timelines are estimated based on project requirements and client cooperation. Complex changes, missing content, or third-party issues may extend the timeline.
Final approval is required before launch or handover. Once the client approves the project, further changes are considered new updates unless related to confirmed bugs or agreed support.
The client is responsible for the accuracy, legality, and ownership of all provided text, images, media, brand assets, business details, and third-party materials.
After full payment, project files, agreed deliverables, and final assets are handed over to the client. CodVion may retain reusable code patterns and internal workflows.
Hosting, domains, APIs, plugins, app stores, payment gateways, and third-party platforms are controlled by their providers, including their charges and policies.
CodVion follows professional practices for security and reliability. Clients are encouraged to maintain backups, update credentials, and follow security recommendations after handover.
Support is provided according to the agreed package or project terms. Long-term maintenance, updates, monitoring, SEO growth, and feature improvements may require a separate plan.
If a project is cancelled after work has started, payment for completed work, planning, design, development, or used resources may not be refundable.
CodVion respects client privacy and project confidentiality. Sensitive business information, credentials, and internal details are handled responsibly.
Unless requested otherwise in writing, CodVion may display completed work in its portfolio, case studies, or marketing material to showcase project quality.
CodVion is not responsible for losses caused by third-party failures, client-side changes, hosting issues, policy changes, cyber incidents, or misuse after handover.
CodVion may update these terms when needed to improve clarity, legal compliance, or service quality. Continued use of services means acceptance of the latest terms.
